LUIS CANUTO My name is Luis Canuto. I am the project manager of Island Homes & Renovations. I work directly with my customers to ensure their projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our quality standards. To perfection. I believe in building a relationship with my customers that will last beyond the first project. My experience with customers over the years has led me to always put them in first place and to treat their families and their homes as I would want them to treat my own. I personally would rather lose money than leave a client unhappy with my company. I come from a local family business where I learned for 7 years how to become the leader I am today. I operated FSC Home Remodeling for many years as the President and learned every job position in the company. I acquired skills in Marketing, Accounting, Sales management, Kitchen Design, Project management, Field Supervision, and customer relations. I currently hold a Florida Certified Residential Contractor license and a Certified General Contractor license for Island Homes & Renovations, Inc. On weekends I am spending time with my wife and 5 kids. I do not have free time. I am blessed with a great family and a great team at work.
