The Sardons Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom

Extra! Extra! Read all about it!  These clients not just have one but two bathrooms they want renovated.  The first is the master bath which will be the talk of the town, undergoing a massive transformation! We begin by demoing the tub, shower wall and tile, pantry, medicine cabinets, mirrors, lights, exhaust, flooring and baseboards. Talk about an overhaul!!! The next stage of the process is plumbing. Our plumbers will be capping off old water and drain lines. Installing new rough ins to make room for a brand new, updated shower trim kit. Now that we have a clean slate, our incredible team can begin installing our clients’ spacious and modernized shower and tub. To complete the look of this fabulous area, we are installing another beautiful frameless glass shower door. The once was single vanity now becomes a double. Maximizing storage is always a plus. The storage space doesn’t end there. We are also adding a pantry cabinet to increase our clients’ storage capacity.  The floor to ceiling tile will also go in, adding a dramatic feel whenever you step into this shower. Furthermore, our amazing crew will be installing new sinks and striking, elegant quartz countertops. In addition to all the work done thus far, we will be laying stunning, personally selected tile and baseboards that will add a beautiful sense of aesthetics to this masterpiece. Last but certainly not least, this bathroom transformation can’t be completed without painting and finishing up with beautiful sconces floating shelves over the tub to complement this truly amazing space. Trailing in second, at the Sardon residence, is their Hall bath remodel. Demo team is ready on deck for round two! They’ll begin by tearing out the tub, tile, a wall, flooring, mirrors, baseboards, lights and an exhaust fan. Plumbers will be removing the shower valve in the old tub and shower combo and installing new rough in valve and shower trim. Now for the fun part… installation!!! Our handy dandy team of experienced installers will be laying the foundation for an attractive new shower with an up to date, glossy borderless shower doors. These doors will enhance the look of the alluring tile that takes this shower from ordinary to extraordinary! On top of these magnificent new additions, a fresh and modern single sink base cabinet flatters this already magical new space.
