The project begins with a full interior repaint throughout the home and garage. All walls are repaired, including nail holes, water-damaged areas, and other imperfections, before receiving two coats of paint. All trim, baseboards, and interior doors are finished in white satin, while furniture is moved and protected as needed. Drywall repairs are sanded and textured to match the existing finishes.

In the living room, two ceiling fans are removed and replaced with new light fixtures provided by the homeowner. Missing baseboards are replaced to match the existing profile, and in the primary suite, the bedroom door is reversed with new six-panel hollow-core doors and matching casings.

Floor preparation includes floating all cracked or uneven areas, installing a vapor barrier, and installing new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms and all bedroom closets. The primary bedroom closets are upgraded with two custom-designed closet systems, and all drywall repairs inside the closets are completed as part of the painting scope.

The kitchen is refreshed by removing the existing 4-inch backsplash and installing a new full-height tile backsplash from the countertops to the bottom of the upper cabinets. An unused phone jack is also patched for a clean, finished look.

The dated bathroom transforms into a bright, spa-inspired retreat. Half walls are lowered to create a more open layout, making room for new vanities with quartz countertops. The shower features floor-to-ceiling designer tile, a custom recessed niche, and a frameless glass enclosure. New lighting, updated plumbing fixtures, and fresh paint complete the space, creating a clean, modern bathroom that feels open, elegant, and relaxing.
