Scope of Work for a Home Remodeling Project : The Thompsons

We are pleased to announce a comprehensive remodel of the Thompson condo. The scope of work includes the following:

This renovation promises to be a total transformation of the space, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal. We look forward to showcasing the finished results.

– Demolition of all existing tile throughout the home
– Full renovation of both bathrooms
– Removal of all baseboards, interior doors, and door casings
– Complete gutting of the kitchen, including wall removals
– Framing of ceilings to install all electrical fixtures due to being a condo.
– Installation of concrete board and a new shower pan in for shower.

The project will also feature:
– Installation of new flooring throughout the condo
– A modernized kitchen with a new island and custom lighting throughout
– Lowered ceilings to accommodate LED light fixtures and ceiling fans
– Updated tiling and walk-in showers in both bathrooms
– Complete interior painting from top to bottom
– Custom replacement of all interior doors and baseboards
– Drywall install and finishing
