Scope of Work for a Home Remodeling Project : The Sullivans

We will be converting the existing screen room into a sunroom by removing the sliding glass door that connects it to the home, thereby creating a seamless open space. Our enhancements will include the installation of both interior and exterior lighting, the addition of new impact windows, and a new tiled floor. The project will also involve comprehensive painting throughout the area, from top to bottom. Additionally, we will construct a sidewalk leading to the grill area for improved accessibility and convenience.
