    1. **Kitchen Remodel**:
    – Custom Cabinets : Installation of custom-made cabinets extending to the ceiling, finished with elegant crown molding to provide a polished look.
    – Bar Area Enhancement : Additional cabinetry will be installed on the opposite side of the bar area to maximize storage and functionality.
    – Under-Cabinet Lighting : Installation of under-cabinet lighting and wall receptacles to improve illumination and accessibility.
    – Ceiling Lighting : New LED lighting fixtures will be installed in the ceiling to enhance the overall brightness and ambiance of the kitchen.
    – Countertops : Installation of high-quality quartz countertops to provide durability and a modern aesthetic.

    2.**Guest Bathroom Remodel**:
    – Tub Replacement : Removal of the existing tub and tile, followed by the installation of a new tub.
