Main Area Renovation

• Flooring Demo: We will begin by removing all flooring in the main living areas, with the exception of the pantry, which will remain intact.
• Kitchen Remodel: The existing kitchen cabinets, countertops, and soffits will be demolished to make way for your new design.
  New Flooring & Cabinet Installation: We’ll install brand-new flooring throughout the main area, along with your selected new cabinets and countertops.
• Lighting Upgrade: Five white flat LED lights will be installed to brighten up the space.
  Backsplash & Finishing Touches: Your custom backsplash will be installed to complete the new look in the kitchen.
• Switch Relocation: Any necessary switches will be relocated according to the provided drawings.
• Appliance Installation: We will install your provided sink, faucet, and microwave.
  Window Closure: One window will be closed off, with stucco applied to match the home’s exterior (painting will not be included).
• Ceiling & Drywall Updates: The ceiling area and any affected drywall will be patched and painted, including the areas where tile will be installed.

Hall Bathroom Renovation

• Linen Closet Demo: The hall linen closet will be demoed, and the wall will be closed off and painted to match the existing color.
• Flooring & Shower Demo: We will demo the current flooring, vanity, and shower area in preparation for the new installation.
• New Tile Installation: The floor will be re-tiled with the same material as the main floor, and new tile will be installed in the shower area from floor to ceiling.
• Shower Niche: An open standard niche will be added for shampoos and other shower essentials.
• Shower Adjustments: The shower drain will remain in its current location, and a curb will be added. We will also relocate the shower valve per your request.
• New Vanity Installation: A new sink vanity will be installed to complete the bathroom update.

Master Bathroom Renovation

• Full Demo: We will demo all flooring, the vanity, and the shower area in the master bathroom as per the drawings.
• Tile Installation: New floor-to-ceiling tile will be installed in the shower area, along with a new standard niche for shower essentials.
• Shower Drain & Curb: The shower drain will stay in its current location, and a curb will be constructed for the shower.
• Shower Valve Relocation: The shower valve will be relocated according to your preferences.
• Paint Touch-Ups: Any areas affected by demolition will be painted to match the existing bathroom color.
• New Vanity & Fixtures: A new vanity, sink, and faucet will be installed to complete the renovation.
• Glass Shower Panel: A sleek glass panel, approximately 72”-80” tall, will be installed in the shower area (without a door) for a modern look.
