Scope of Work for a Condo Renovation Project :  Long

This condo is undergoing a comprehensive renovation that will transform it entirely. Key updates include the installation of new flooring throughout, modern kitchen cabinets and all new countertops, and the relocation of the washer and dryer into the kitchen area.

Both bathrooms will be fully remodeled, featuring wainscoting half walls and custom glass doors. Additionally, we will be installing all new impact windows, as well as refreshing the interior with complete painting from top to bottom.

The project will also include the replacement of all interior doors and trim. Upon completion, this condo will showcase a completely revitalized aesthetic and functionality.
