– **Note:** Customer will handle drywall repairs and painting; no responsibility for patching or caulking from our side.

– **Cabinets Removal:**

– Remove and haul off existing materials, with all dump fees included in the provided quote.

**Living Room:**

– **Custom Banquette Seating:**

– Construct a maple wood banquette seating area around three windows, matching kitchen cabinetry aesthetics.

– Incorporate false panels on the seating area’s front for a built-in appearance, finished with a lacquer for a polished look.

– **Corner Cabinet Installation:**

– Build a three-door corner cabinet aligned with the kitchen cabinetry style, including matching paint color and door design.

– Install electrical provisions for TV setup, with cabinet height approximately 36 inches.

**Additional Features:**

– **Countertops:**

– Install a black quartz countertop on the TV area with an eased edge profile.

– **New Baseboards:**

– Install new baseboards in the areas where cabinets are removed, ensuring no splicing of old materials occurs.

– **Note:** There will be no painting of baseboards included.

– **Shelving:**

– Install a total of six adjustable shelves (two in the TV area) for versatile storage options.
