On your mark, get set and go!!!!!!! These clients have requested a sizeable renovation. The project will include installing new cabinets in the kitchen, guest bathroom, master bathroom, and closet. All bathrooms will receive contemporary vanities, and lovely new flooring will be installed throughout the home including a barn door at the entrance to the laundry room. The master closet will also see some changes, for example, wall to wall cabinetry and a fancy island with the same lovely quartz to match the kitchen. Come along as we take you step by step of each project withing this home. The first of many in this home is the Kitchen. Along with the fashionable cabinets that will be installed, you’ll see many detailed features such as double trash pull out, under cabinet LED lighting and crown molding above cabinets. Quartz countertops and backsplash will add an elegant sense to this classy kitchen.
Second on the list is the Bar area. This space will get a mini update to include a sink, faucet, sink base and glass floating shelves to compliment this space. Right behind the bar is a small Half bath highlighting chic quartz countertops with a 4-inch backsplash, a sink, faucet, and updated lighting fixtures.
Up next is the Guest bathroom. This bathroom’s tub will be converted into a walk-in shower and will feature a functional niche along with gorgeous floor to ceiling tile. A new double vanity will showcase the new sinks and faucets. Spectacular quartz countertops to complete the look!
Finally, the Master bathroom. This amazing space will transform into a one-of-a-kind retreat. This bathroom will be adorned with impressive floor to ceiling tiles and fabulous floor tile to accentuate this space.
